Taking a look at your wellbeing aims to create balance in all areas of your everyday life.

Wellbeing Sessions provide an opportunity to talk through options and potentials to navigate through challenging times or periods of transition. Wellbeing consultations can be highly beneficial in looking at practical ways forward to lifestyle improvements.

The first session is used by the Client to tell their story. An hour and a half is recommended so Heather can form an outline of what is going on in the person’s life.

Further sessions are then arranged either weekly or fortnightly for the client to discuss their situation and the options available, to help them feel more in control, stable and secure.

Massage Therapies of Aromatherapy and Swedish Massage have proven to be very successful alongside the Wellbeing Sessions or as a follow-on course of treatments.
